Who I Can Help
Perhaps something has happened in your life and you're finding it difficult to know what to do with it.
Life brings transitions, some chosen, some unexpected, and some simply part of being human. You might be navigating a loss, the end of a relationship, divorce or bereavement; a health scare or diagnosis; fertility struggles, becoming a parent or not becoming one; or changes that come with ageing.
Or perhaps there isn't one particular thing you can point to. You may feel anxious, overwhelmed or stuck in patterns you'd like to understand. You might sense that something isn't quite right, without knowing exactly what needs to change.
Sometimes therapy is about making sense of what has happened. Sometimes it's about understanding where you are now and finding a way forward. You might simply want to feel more connected to yourself, understand your patterns and relationships, make changes, or develop a clearer sense of what you want from your life.
Whatever has brought you here, you don't have to make sense of it all on your own.
Identity, culture and belonging
I welcome people from all backgrounds and am particularly interested in working with people navigating multicultural identities, relationships and experiences.
I offer an LGBTQI+ inclusive practice and welcome clients of all sexual orientations, gender identities and expressions.
Our sense of who we are can be shaped by culture, family, community, relationships and the different worlds we move between. These experiences can bring richness and connection, but they can also leave us feeling caught between expectations, questioning where we belong, or unsure how much of ourselves we can bring into different parts of our lives.
There is space in our work to explore these experiences at your own pace, without needing to explain or justify who you are.
